Oprah stole their "Own Your Power" phrase and the concept of believing that “anything you want in life is attainable” will help you live you best life. (Who knew someone could claim such a theory?!?!)
The company filed the suit on Thursday and is seeking damages to reverse the injury caused by Oprah’s “brazenly unlawful disregard for the existence and use of [OTP's] trademark.”
Oprah's reps told Entertainment Weekly, "Harpo has not been served and we have no information about what allegations are being made.”
Guess talking it out is not an option...
